We're Wilson & Isabelle, the dreamers behind Good Gilbert. In December 2020, we wanted to bring something special to our Adelaide neighbourhood. Having spent years amongst some of Europe's finest establishments, we fell in love with the bustling charm of suburban city life.

So, Good Gilbert was born, we opened our doors, starting small as a corner bar. But fuelled by our passion for good food, great drinks, and genuine connections, we quickly grew. From a cosy spot, we blossomed into a thriving 120+ seat wine bar and restaurant.

Sure, we've snagged a few cool awards along the way, but our real pride lies in the fantastic people who've become part of the Good Gilbert family – both our team and our beloved customers.
