It's always a privilege to work alongside some of Australia's great producers, and we look forward to welcoming guests for a memorable weekend of wine, whisky and regional hospitality.

One of Tasmania's most celebrated wineries joins us for an unforgettable evening.
Hosted by Michael Hill Smith AM MW, this special dinner will showcase multiple vintages of Tolpuddle Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, paired with a menu inspired by French technique and the exceptional produce of Tasmania. Expect an elegant evening celebrating one of Australia's benchmark cool-climate producers.
