Tucked away next door to our bustling Wine Bar, The Restaurant offers a more intimate side of Good Gilbert. A thoughtfully designed dining room, with deep blue walls, warm timber finishes, soft lighting and a relaxed atmosphere that invites you to settle in, pour another glass and stay a little longer.

Led by Head Chef Kyle Connor, the kitchen takes a thoughtful, produce-driven approach to modern Australian dining, drawing inspiration from European traditions and flavours from further afield. Kyle's cooking is refined without being complicated, balancing familiar comforts with unexpected details, seasonal ingredients and a genuine respect for the produce on the plate.

Our regularly evolving menu is designed to be enjoyed however you please. Drop in for a few entrées and a beautiful bottle of wine, settle in for a generous meal shared across the table, or leave it in the hands of our kitchen with our Feed Me menu.
