Led by Head Chef Nathan Mrotek, our kitchen is all about creativity, flavour and a little bit of fun. Nathan's ever-evolving menu takes inspiration from across the globe, with playful snacks, inventive small plates and generous dishes designed for sharing. From a few bites over a glass of wine, to a table full of food, the menu is built around the simple pleasure of eating well together.

Wine, naturally, is what brought us here in the first place. Our extensive collection celebrates the people and places behind the bottles, from exciting small producers and lesser-known regions to some of the world's most celebrated vineyards. We're serious about good wine, but never about making it complicated. Whether you're discovering something new or revisiting an old favourite, there's always someone happy to pour you a glass.

Our much-loved Thursday Night Dinner Club brings a different winemaker or producer into the bar each week, pouring generously, sharing stories and introducing you to the people behind the wines we love. Nathan creates a special dish just for the occasion, making Thursday nights one of our favourite times to get everyone together.
